Everytime I'm home on a Sunday I'll get a takeaway Sunday roast from here they are absolutely delicious, the veg is fresh and the meat is perfectly cooked but the gravy is the best I have tasted since my wife's. The service is great and you feel welcomed and the price is very competitive and all served on proper crockery with generous portions. Cannot fault it !

Just had roast beef Sunday dinner, it was lovely hot food tender beef nice gravy would definitely recommend it, will have it again soon very friendly lady, all home cooked

Sunday lunch takeaway is the best.
I have had a few Beef Roast lunches, they are good value and the Gravy is mmmmm. Plus you get your dinner on a proper plate not a plastic carton.

This place is beautiful. The beef was so tender and the pastry on the pie just melts in your mouth. Would definitely recommend and order again

We had an excellent Sunday roast, meat cooked perfectly, the whole meal delicious, a short wait but meals delivered to the car and still piping hot when we got home. Thank you.

This was our first visit We were recommended the Travellers Joy from a chap who lives in the village. During COVID they are only offering a take away service and we rang ordered fish chips and peas and scampi chips and peas off the menu.
Oh my goodness we were certainly not disappointed The fish was beautiful white and huge The scampi was proper scampi not the packet stuff and proper mushy peas and the price was so reasonable. Thank you Ros and team we will certainly be visiting again.

Food was cooked lovely. Meat just fell apart. Prawn cocktail starter was fresh and tasted delicious. Turkey was outstanding and the Yorkshire pudding was yummy

What a lovely gem of a place. All home made. We went in for breakfast,ordered a small breakfast (that was plenty enough don't think i could of managed a large). My belly is full now. Very polite staff and clean. Would recommend this place. They even do take out.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
